As Managing Director, David brings his expertise in financial analysis, consulting, management and corporate finance to each of his engagements.  He has served in the lead role or supervisory role on numerous transactions.  He has also provided evaluation and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance for hundreds of middle market companies.  During the course of an engagement, David will coordinate the execution of a strategic marketing plan; oversee all documentation; interface with prospective investors and lenders; and negotiate and close the transaction.  David has extensive experience in transactions in the technology, manufacturing, building materials and business services sectors.
